Every Shower

Every Shower was an attempt

To wash away a layer

Or two of myself.

…

And as the water grew hotter

My hopes grew stronger.

…

But nothing ever changed,

Even after the third or

Fourth shower in a day.

…

So I was never really sure

What swirled down the drain,

When I finally turned the water off.

    And apt to say “The credit belongs to the man who’s in the arena” !! Your pain, your layers and all that infightings are all yours, and they will be there, they are supposed to be! So brother, don’t wash them off..,dance with your layers, embrace your demons and trick it with your brilliance..!! We don’t change what we are made of, rather we transform with what we have and can make out of it..!

I could actually relate to a part of it. 😮 Trying to wash off layers of yourself is like trying to get rid of your mistakes and everything that gives you pain, right? 🤔 Well, maybe you should try applying the forgiveness and positivity wala soap, huh. Trust me it will wash away all layers. 😹
